  2. Maximum points per week 40 pts
  3. Maximum length of time to chalk up scores 10 months/40 weeks

How to gain points?

1 Swim 2k 5 pts
2 1h spin class 5 pts
3 Bike 40k 5 pts
4 Bike in Desaru 20 pts
5 Run 10k 5 pts
6 Run @ MR 15k 15 pts
7 Swim > 3.8km 20 pts
8 Gym strength training, esp work on core or leg stability muscles 5 pts

How to lose points ?

# Negative Training Points Points Subtracted
1 ANY unnecessary speed work 10 pts
2 Exceed 40 pts a wk, deduct 2x the exceeded pts from the following week.
(e.g 45 pts means the following week, your max is only 30 points)
